• I will not mine to this contract.
• I will only conduct transactions as an individual.
• I will not act on behalf of any third party entity.
• I agree to provide a valid payout address for any swap.
• I agree to a send fee of 0.00005 of each respective currency.
• I understand there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
• I agree that the source of funds is derived from lawful activities.
• I understand there will be no swap reversals under any circumstances.
• I accept all liability for conducting transactions using this service.
• I accept and understand that this service is provided on an "AS-IS" basis.
• I agree partial or incomplete payments will be processed on a best effort basis.
• I will not use this swap contract for laundering money or other illicit activity.
• I agree that failure to adhere to these terms of service may result in loss of funds.
• I understand that if I do not provide an email address then no receipt will be provided.
• I am lawfully allowed to carry out the transaction within the jurisdiction which I reside.
• I agree and understand that this technology is experimental and not fit for commercial purposes.
• I will not use this service to execute swaps worth a total of more than $1000 USD in a single 24 hour period.
• I understand that outbound payments will begin only once sufficient network confirmations have been received.
• I agree that by using this service I am bound to these terms of service.
